Still conscious of the responsibility we have towards the health and safety of our membership, we feel the time is right to begin reintroducing a few club competitions, to run through August and September. To make room for these, we have sacrificed a few RAM qualifiers and Medals and hope you feel we have got the balance correct.
Saturday 15th August – Club Fundraiser
As previously announced, we are holding a special fundraiser where all money raised will go to the club towards planned improvement projects. Please find attached an overview of the details for your reference. Teams of two, better ball stableford – full handicap allowance, open to all seven day members. Men to play from the White Tee’s and Ladies off the Red Tee’s, in accordance with Congu Appendix O the Ladies will receive a shot reduction, this is preconfigured on the system accordingly.

All of the standard Stableford and Medal competitions without Tee closures can be entered in the current way, all other August competitions including the Fundraiser have already been entered onto the Club V1 system with Tee closures.
You can book into these now using HowDidiDo which a few members have already done, further details will follow shortly, if you have any issues trying to Book into these competitions then please email the competitions committee who will assist you in this process;
In addition on the 16th August we will ensure that members of the committee will be on hand to try and answer any questions members may have about using these new facilities. Sign In and Scoring can be accomplished as previously advised, again further details to follow.
As you can see, there are now lots of opportunities to compete and submit cards for handicap purposes so we hope you will support and welcome these competitions!
