Seniors’ Section Update

On Wednesday 10th the Seniors played another match. This time the match was played at home against a team from Ely City GC. With warnings of very heavy rain and possible thunder and lightning there was no guarantee that the match would be actually be played in full. However, once again luck was on our side. Most of the match was played in dry conditions with only a couple of heavy showers.

The course was in excellent condition, especially the greens. The Ely team all commented on how great the course was and how much they enjoyed playing here. Some of the games were quite close, but the final result was a very satisfying 4 1/2 - 2 1/12 win to Ramsey.
