Greetings from Guernsey

We have just played or annual Club fixture against Royal Guernsey GC.
Now in its 53rd year, the friendships and ties between the two Clubs are as strong as ever. (More photographs here)

Ramsey GC hosted Royal Guernsey back in May, and won the two day men’s fixture 6-4.
It’s always a tough return match at Royal Guernsey on their wonderful old Links course, and this year was no exception.

Royal Guernsey won 12 1/2 – 5 1/2.

There was double win success for Jayman Mistry, and most notably for our tour ‘newbie’ Gordon Stuart. Not an easy achievement, so well done to those guys. Well done to Adam Daly for notching up a win on day two.
As always, it was played in great spirit, and the Gala presentation dinner produced a few surprises for the ‘newbies’.

We look forward to welcoming Royal Guernsey back next May to regain the trophy.
